Hello!
Feeling as tired as the expression above as I am typing this. A long day, started from last night; stayed up a little later than usual because I took a nap (now the effect wear off since I missed sleep again) to do my essay, then had a long day of lessons followed by 2 hours of focused dance training. Gonna take a nap later and probably catch the Hunger Games tonight...
Anyway this post is actually to introduce to you one of my favourite foods in Singapore, Bugis.
Looks pretty normal but I LOVE IT TO BITS like not even kidding. I love the noodles, the ingredients, and it is a big pot of soup all for myself. What more can I ask for in this perfect combination? Hahaha.
This is located at the basement of Bugis Junction beside Itacho Sushi... many China nationals frequent and you will never step in if I hadn't told you about it, because I have been to Bugis all my life, it has also been there mostly, and I have not went in till some time last last year. Recently I went Bugis a few times due to work and also shopping and introduced to my kakis... they all like it :D It isn't that kind of China cuisine where it looks too exotic to be adventurous to try, but it is actually quite close to the Singaporean/Cantonese taste buds.
Furthermore, it is damn affordable like... really. For a big pot of noodles that you will definitely be full (for my kind of appetite, I can feel full after finishing the whole bowl, so yes)
Alright, xoxo
